As I peek through the small lens on the door, I noticed how great the morning light was. Playing with the camera lens and the door viewer, I came up with the following:
I know I still have a long way to go, but photography is really one thing that I want to explore.. And since it is an expensive hobby (having a good camera is not enough - you will need lenses more expensive than the camera itself, plus the costs to travel places!), I guess I could just concentrate on macro shots for now, particularly the crafts that I make, or the dishes that I cook. Which brings me to needing better China and more craft materials! Haha, gusto raw magtipid! :P
Next steps:
- Get to know the camera better.
- Learn how to edit photos and how to add a watermark.

Cool! :) Yan ba yung labas ng apartment mo? Sa UP pa lang ang dami ng pwedeng subjects...sunken garden, oblation, mga magsyota making out (este hehehe)... you don't need to spend a lot for your hobby :).
Ok ah! Plan mo bumili ng SLR? Pwede pa rin naman magtipid since pwede mo muna idevelop yung composition skills, kahit sa P&S muna. So magiging Flickr addict ka na rin nyan? =P Gambatte ne! =)

@flo: Yep, sa "backdoor" to. I'm considering UP too.. but I'm not yet ready to kneel, sit on the streets, or be caught (esp by students =P) in an awkward position just to get a good shot. Hehehe.. =P They say kasi, better shots are not at eye level. =P Ieexplore ko yon pag ready na ko. Ambigat din nung camera eh. Kelangan ko pa sanayin sarili ko. ;-)
@meliza: Actually, this was taken using a Nikon D40x, an SLR that I borrowed. =P I tried using my P&S, and as expected, I didn't capture it in the way I want..
ei joyce, congrats to your new cam (or matagal na ba?) if you're interested in photography lessons, I know a group who hold short classes occasionally
